Yes! We are a pet-friendly rental home community in Palm Bay, FL designed with your four-legged companions in mind. Residents can enjoy abundant greenspace and natural areas perfect for walks, playtime, and fresh air.

Cypress Bay offers spacious 3, 4 & 5-bedroom homes for rent in Palm Bay, FL that range from 1,535 to 2,601 square feet in size. Each home features a washer and dryer and smart locks for added convenience, along with thoughtfully designed interiors that include granite countertops, large closets and high ceilings.

There are yards on select homes for rent at Cypress Bay.

Tours & Applications

Tours are available both in person and virtually.

To apply for a home, select your desired floor plan on our property website under the Floor Plans page and complete your application online. Once the application and required fees are submitted, the home will be taken off the market, and our team will keep you updated throughout the process, including next steps such as submitting proof of income and verifying your move-in date.

Applicants must provide bank statements and paystubs. Income must be at least three times the monthly rent.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required with a minimum of $300,000 in liability coverage.

Our community does not participate in these programs at this time.

No. Short-term rentals are not offered.

Additional Fees and Payments

No. Utilities are not included in the rent.

Rent is due on the 1st and can be paid via Bilt on your resident portal. We offer flexible payments through programs like Flex.

Parking

No. EV charging stations are not available.

Parking is available with single-family homes that include a two-car garage, and there are no additional fees.

We allow a maximum of two pets per home, with breed restrictions in place for Pit Bull–type breeds (including American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), as well as Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies.

Cypress Bay is located near several transit options provided by Space Coast Area Transit, which serves the Palm Bay and Melbourne areas. Residents can access nearby routes and stops along major thorough hfares like Malabar Road and Minton Road for easy commuting. The community is served by Sunrise Elementary, Southwest Middle, and Bayside High School.

The closest airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located approximately 10–15 minutes from Cypress Bay in College Park, GA.

Current Leases & Residency

Lease renewals can be completed by choosing the renewal proposal in the resident portal.

No. Subleasing is not allowed.

A 60-day written notice is required. A buyout fee equal to two months’ rent applies, and any rent concessions will be billed back if applicable.

A 60-day notice must be given prior to move-out. A pre-move-out inspection will be scheduled, and residents must return their keys and notify the office once they have vacated. A final inspection will be completed, and the final account statement will be provided within 7–10 business days.
